Code: Breaker è un manga creato da Akimine Kamijyo.
La storia tratta di come una giovane e bella ragazza delle superiori (Sakurakouji Sakura) all'apparenza fragile ed innocente, ma in realtà tremendeamente esperta di arti marziali, si avvicina ad un mondo di intrighi politici e giudiziari, di omicidi illegali coperti dalla più totale omertà da parte dei media, un mondo di confine dove alcuni individui con poteri speciali, detti "Code: Breaker",operano al limite della legge, eliminando i criminali.
La "chiave" che apre la porta che la conduce a queste sconvolgenti verità è un ragazzo della sua età appena trasferito nella sua classe, un ragazzo con poteri misteriosi legati ad un fuoco blu che è in grado di produrre dalla mano sinistra, un "Code: Breaker"; Ogami Rei.
